A Store for Mean Girls

I was in LA doing the standup thing. As I ventured down Ventura Blvd in Studio City, I came upon a shop called Brandy Melville, LA. The store sells clothing to teen and college girls.

Come Out Laughing....

What a night. The audience was spectacular. That’s how they are at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach on the last Wed of the month. It is the Come Out Laughing show, a gay/gay friendly night of hilarity and honesty, hosted by Jason Dudey.

Let's try this again

I know I've promised to blog more. And I want to.  I fear I may have forgotten how to use this Godforsaken site, but I shall do my best.   I fell off the blogosphere on purpose.  A lot of work and life changes and, frankly, I wasn't up for…

I'M BACK FROM DEAD BABY RADIO

Mo's Christmas Story - It's not always better to give.

It’s not always better to give than to receive.  I’ve often wondered what happened to Sally Lawler.  I first met tall Sally was when I was a freshman at Montclair State College.  She floated across the cafeteria with her blonde hair…

Mo Goes to Rosie’s Home

So, Rosie sent a car to pick me up and take me to her home in Nyack, where she records her daily satellite radio show on which I was a guest.   Nyack is a charming town filled with Colonial and Victorian homes along the Hudson River.  As…

Mo Goes on Broadway with ROSIE!

This was one of the most special nights I've had in nearly 14 years of standup comedy - performing with Rosie O'Donnell at Town Hall on Broadway. My good friend Ange took a picture of me outside the theater. That's when it hit me, Holy Moly…
